Emmanuel Kim

Founder & Chief Investment Officer

Emmanuel is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Giza Capital. He has been an investor since 2005 at the ripe old age of 12 years old, and true to his long-term philosophy, still owns his first asset. Prior to Giza Capital, he was an independent investment researcher and investor in technology. He was also a digital marketing/design consultant for a variety of clients, including Dartmouth College, an award-winning photographer, and a mobile app startup in New York City. He was an invited reviewer for the book manuscript of Commerce, Predation, and Production: A New Theory of Economic Progress by Dr. Meir Kohn. During his younger years, he worked as a nanotechnology water filtration engineer in a material science lab at the Chemistry Department of Stony Brook University, with funding that he received from the United States Military; his scientific work earned him an award from the Siemens Foundation. After a lifetime of living, learning, and working in more than a dozen cities all over the world, Emmanuel calls Central Florida his home. He received his B.A. in Classics from Dartmouth College.
